Europe and Rest of World
We normally ship orders Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.
Orders placed for fabric samples will be posted via untracked letter shipping.
If you have placed an order and one more items that are preorder with a lead time to be produced we will hold your other items until these preorder items are ready and ship all together. If you require part of your order sooner please get in touch and we will help out to achieve this for you.
We cannot accept orders to PO boxes or pack stations
Free shipping promotion is valid for UK shipping address with order value of £100 or more. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional discounts and excludes bespoke frame bags.
Tax and Duties
If you are ordering and the shipping destination is a valid UK address there will be UK VAT (20%) on the invoice. All prices on our website are displayed inclusive of UK VAT (20%).

If you are shipping outside of the UK then VAT will be automatically deducted at checkout on your order with the invoice displaying zero VAT. You will be required to pay VAT applicable at your order shipping country rate. (if you do not know this you can contact your relevant Customs authority to find this information out)
For international customers these shipments may still be subject to local Taxes and Brokerage fees at their destination. The payment of these charges are solely the responsibility of the customer. If you do not know how much (if any) import tax or fees you may need to pay, please check with your local customs authority before completing your purchase. The process of customs clearance may introduce delays to the delivery of your order, which Straight Cut® Design has no responsibility for.
If your order is unable to be delivered or refused for any reason, and subsequently returned back to us, we reserve the right to reclaim from you any associated costs that may be charged to us. If you decide to return your item(s), please note that Taxes & Duties you have paid are non-refundable.
We are legally required to declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages.
