Materials

A good example is the PET post-consumer water bottles in the X-Pac® RX fabric range that are manufactured in a 100% climate neutral factory.

DWR coatings

Where possible we source PFC free or organically based water resistant coatings on fabrics and zippers.

Repair

All products are designed with the possibility of repairing or replacing components if necessary.

Utilizes a Rugged 500D Cordura® face fabric for a highly abrasion-resistant, tear-resistant, waterproof material.

Dyneema® Composite Farbic

This fabric is costly and for good reason. It's 15x stronger than steel and provides the highest tear and tensile strength of any competing fabric on a weight-by-weight and thickness basis. Use only for projects that demand high-performance and the absolute best in ultra-lightweight, waterproof fabric.

Cordura® 500d

Constructed of a specialty nylon weave with a water resistant coating and has exceptional resistance to abrasion and punctures. 500 denier Cordura® is typically used for the face of gear.

Cordura® 1000d
