Due to GPSR policy changes that take effect on 13th December 2024 I will no longer be able to offer my products to the European market. 

 

Rest of World*

DHL Express - 1 to 4 days

Fully tracked service where you will be supplied with information as it moves through the network to your door with confirmation signature on delivery. This is paperless customs service which results in a increased efficiency and lower transit times than the Royal Mail options.
Prices are based on shipping location and total order weight that will be calculated via DHL Express. This shipping option is required to be set-up by Straight Cut® as each is a unique quote to your order. Please reach out with you order details to arrange your order.

Package reference number once in network with tracking and signature required on delivery. 

£6.00 flat rate (up to 2000g) if order weight exceeds this DHL Express option will be required.

All delivery timeframes are from when courier receives the package and are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed. We aim to ship order within 2 working days from being placed. Orders outside of the UK are now required to go through customs and can effect timeframes especially with Royal Mail shipping options. These timeframes are out of our hands and we recommend DHL Express if shipping outside of the UK. (*We do not ship to all destinations including US and Canada)


If you have purchased a bespoke / custom item (bespoke frame bag, bagel bar bag etc.) these will have a production lead time. We will contact you via email once your item/s are finished and arrange your collection.

If you have selected Local Collection but you require shipping or you've changed your mind and would prefer it shipped. We can amend your order and add the shipping costs. Once this has been agreed and balance paid we will ship your order. 

We normally ship orders Tuesday to Saturday excluding public holidays. If a courier such as Royal Mail are experiencing industrial action this can affect services which are out of our control and cannot be liable for. 

Orders placed for fabric samples will be posted via untracked letter shipping.

If you have placed an order and one more items that are preorder with a lead time to be produced we will hold your other items until these preorder items are ready and ship all together. If you require part of your order sooner please get in touch and we will help out to achieve this for you.

We cannot accept orders to PO boxes or pack stations. 

 

Tax and Duties

For international customers (outside of the United Kingdom) these shipments may still be subject to local Taxes and Brokerage fees at their destination. The payment of these charges are solely the responsibility of the customer. If you do not know how much (if any) import tax or fees you may need to pay, please check with your local customs authority before completing your purchase. The process of customs clearance may introduce delays to the delivery of your order, which Straight Cut® Design has no responsibility for.

If your order is unable to be delivered or refused for any reason, and subsequently returned back to us, we reserve the right to reclaim from you any associated costs that may be charged to us. If you decide to return your item(s), please note that Taxes & Duties you have paid are non-refundable.

We are legally required to declare the full transaction value of the contents of all packages.
